Money-Back Guarantee
BM offers a money-back guarantee if a client’s project doesn’t get the pledges for the amount they paid. BM might consider refunding the make-up difference(The Money-Back Guarantee doesn’t comply to project cancelation, suspension, and funding unsuccessful).
Refer a Friend Campaign
BM offers customers the ability to refer friends within and outside their networks through email, social media channels and through the site. If you choose to participate in this, you will be required to provide your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Website. BM stores this information for the sole purpose of sending emails and tracking the success of this referral program. Third-Party Account Credentials
When you provide us with your third party account credentials, to such services as Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr and Twitter, you understand some content and/or information in those accounts may be transmitted into your account with us. For project with flexible funding goal, a partial $99 USD listing fee will be charged if the project did not reach its funding goal. If a project is suspended, stopped and cancelled for whatever reason, the $199 listing fee would still be applicable. Additionally, the service provided by BM cannot be interrupted or cancelled after the listing fee is paid.
Once a project is successfully funded, whether with fixed or flexible funding goal, BM will reach out to project creator to confirm BM’s member who have pledged to their project. If the project creator fails to fulfill the special reward that was agreed when the project is listed, BM reserve the rights to take further actions, including but not limited to legal action to resolve this issue.
BM will NOT pass NOR sell your personal details to third parties
Why do we take your details and what are they used for?
We use the information that we collect to fulfill our commitments to you and to provide you with the service that you expect. This includes sending you information and offers for marketing purposes.
